Renovation project for staff dormitory environment (in progress)
Dormitory environment of our company due to usage for more than 15 years, the facilities have become old, which has impacted our employee’s quality of life. In order to improve the living environment, our company decided to renovate dormitory environment in order to create a more comfortable and warm living environment for employees.
Overview for renovation works:
I. Time planning:
From June 1st 2024 to December 31st 2024, we will fully promote the renovation work of the dormitory.
2. Scope of renovation:
This renovation will cover all dormitories in our company, including 20 dormitories (a room with 3-beds ) and 30 dormitories (a room with 4-beds), a total of 50 dormitories.
3. Core renovation project:
A. Replace with new bed and bedside table to improve quality of sleeping.
B. Replace with new wardrobe and increase the storage space to meet the daily needs for employees.
C. Paint the walls of the whole dormitory to create a fresh and bright living environment.
D. Upgrade the washbasin, and add a washing mirror to facilitate the daily washing for employees.
E. Install towel racks and storage racks to optimize bathroom space layout.
F. Implement the whole dormitory ceiling project to enhance the overall beauty of the dormitory.
G. Replace the lamps not good for ensuring adequate lighting and energy saving but also good for environmental protection.
H. Renovate the hot water pipe and circuit to ensure the safety of electricity and water.
I. Upgrade water storage tank of squat toilet to improve efficiency.
J. Use floor elevation and dry and wet separation design in the shower room to enhance the bathing experience.
4. Renovation progress (by Aug 8th)
A. The renovated dormitories include (14 in total):
Dormitory Building D1 (a room with 3-beds ): Room Number: Male (D1203\D1215\D1208) Female (D1309)
Dormitory Building D2(a room with 4-beds ): Room number: Male (D2205\D2222\D2224\D2230\D2229) Female (D2403\D2405\D2407\D2409\D2411)
B. The ongoing renovation project (5 dormitories)
Dormitory Building D1 (a room with 3-beds ): Room Number: Male (D1201) Female (D1303)
Dormitory Building D2 (a room with 4-beds ): Room number: Male (D2207\D2209\D2211)
