As the city's hustle and bustle gave way to mountain breezes, and daily routines were disrupted by hiking steps, a corporate team-building expedition themed "Unity, Breakthrough, Shared Growth" officially commenced at Wugong Mountain in Jiangxi Province. Twenty-two employees temporarily left their posts to journey into this "grassland in the clouds, paradise on foot." At the summit of 1,918.3-meter-high peaks, they measured breathtaking vistas with their footsteps and forged bonds through teamwork, creating a memorable experience brimming with memories and strength.
Departure: full of expectations, to the mountains and seas
On the morning of our group trip, we gathered at the company entrance, fueled by curiosity about nature and excitement for our companions. The administrative team had meticulously prepared "travel kits" containing mineral water, energy snacks, and sun protection gear for each participant. As the bus wound through mountainous terrain, laughter and camaraderie blossomed among colleagues from different departments. The landscape transformed from urban skyscrapers to layered green mountains, heightening everyone's anticipation for the upcoming Wugong Mountain adventure. After hours of driving, we finally arrived at the foot of Wugong Mountain. During the "group dinner" at the mountainside homestay, we shared travel stories and discussed work-life dynamics, with initial fatigue gradually dissolving in the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Return: Full harvest, ready to move forward
The next morning, we enjoyed the magnificent scenery at the Golden Summit. Everyone couldn't help taking out their phones to record this wonderful moment. Then, we descended the mountain along another road, passing by several scenic spots along the way. While enjoying the scenery, we reminisced about the experience of these two days and kept laughing and talking.
In the afternoon, the bus set off on its return journey. Along the way, colleagues shared photos and reflections from the team-building activity in the group chat: "Thank you for organizing such a meaningful event! We not only enjoyed beautiful scenery but also experienced the power of teamwork." "If there's another opportunity, I'll join you all again." This Wugong Mountain team-building experience not only allowed employees to unwind in nature but also broke down departmental barriers, strengthening team cohesion and collaboration. Moving forward, we will carry this spirit of "moving forward together" and courage to "break through boundaries," dedicating ourselves with renewed enthusiasm to work and striving wholeheartedly for the company's development.
