QUALITY AWARENESS TRAINING

 

In the era of rapid iteration in the electronic information industry, printed circuit boards (PCBs) are hailed as the "mother of the electronics industry," and their quality is directly linked to the reliability and competitiveness of end products. "Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise" is by no means an empty slogan, but a core principle deeply rooted in the corporate DNA.

To further consolidate the foundation of quality management and enhance the quality awareness of all employees, the Quality Management Department of ISU Petasys HuNan. has meticulously planned and organized a two-month special education and training program for quality awareness improvement. It aims to systematically promote quality management to a new level and demonstrate the ultimate pursuit of quality through practical actions.

A successful educational training program does not start with the official launch of the courses, but stems from adequate and meticulous preliminary preparations. Solid upfront preparation not only ensures the training proceeds in an orderly manner, but also enables the training content to accurately address the enterprise's needs and employees' pain points, thereby maximizing its value.

To strengthen the quality awareness of all employees and integrate it into their daily work habits, this quality awareness education and training program has broken down departmental barriers. Led and coordinated by the Quality Management Department, it covers multiple departments across the company, including manufacturing, design, R&D, sales, and procurement. Running from October 21 to December 16, the program will last approximately two months and involve nearly 700 participants. To ensure the training is implemented in an orderly manner, the Quality Management Department has formulated a detailed execution plan addressing key aspects such as training venues, participant batches, schedule arrangements, and budget allocation.

In addition to the aforementioned plan, the Quality Management Department has also made thorough preparations for the two decisive factors affecting the effectiveness of the education and training program—lecturers, regarded as the "soul," and teaching materials, considered the "core"—to ensure full readiness. A high-caliber execution team has been formed for this training: the Deputy General Manager of the Quality Management Department serves as the leader, overseeing the overall work; meanwhile, internal professional lecturers have been selected to take charge of the teaching tasks, ensuring the professionalism of the instruction. Breaking away from the limitations of traditional generic templates, the teaching materials adopt a relaxed and humorous style in the early stage to arouse participants' enthusiasm; in the later stage, real internal corporate cases and supporting video materials are introduced, enabling participants to intuitively and deeply understand the significant importance of quality awareness.

Course introduction, clear objectives.

 
 

This educational training program is divided into 17 sessions, with each session lasting 50 minutes. At the start of the training, the Deputy General Manager of the Quality Management Department, acting as a facilitator, initiated an interactive session. Instead of delivering one-way lectures, he first posed thought-provoking questions to engage everyone in interaction, enlivening the atmosphere and laying a solid foundation for transforming mindsets into practical work efficiency later on. Subsequently, the lecturer launched an in-depth interpretation of quality objectives through a combination of "data and images." While reviewing the process of achieving the set objectives, the lecturer smoothly broke down the upcoming goals in a clear and coherent manner.

Interactive communication and learning

The subsequent courses will achieve a deep integration of interactivity and professionalism, making knowledge absorption more efficient and practical transformation more direct. The lecturer will initiate interactive interactive sessions with a "problem-oriented" approach, designing progressive questions around core knowledge points. In this process, participants will be guided to combine their own work experience to analyze cases and share ideas, deepening their understanding of theories through the collision of viewpoints. The courses will make abstract theories more concrete by integrating classic cases with supporting videos.

Finally, the lecturer concluded with a sharing: Quality is not the responsibility of a single department or a few individuals, but permeates every link from product R&D to after-sales service, and is closely related to every employee's position. "The rigor in every operational step and the control over every detail are adding bricks to the enterprise's quality edifice."

This quality awareness improvement training is not only an empowerment of skills, but also a vivid demonstration of the company's emphasis on quality. From the precisely planned training program to the participation scope covering all positions, every link reflects ISU Petasys HuNan  determination to integrate quality throughout the entire process of development.

This determination is reflected not only in every detail of the training, but also in all employees' recognition and practice of quality concepts. Through systematic learning and practice, employees will shift from passive acceptance to active pursuit, and internalize quality awareness into conscious actions in daily work. Such an atmosphere of full participation has built a solid quality defense line for the enterprise and laid a more stable foundation for future development.
