Next, thoroughly and comprehensively clean the titanium baskets with potential surface contaminants, and replace them with new, high-quality anode bags.Extra care must be taken when installing the anode bags to ensure they are secure and free from loosening, as this is essential to effectively guarantee the desired results of subsequent electroplating operations.
Add the new copper balls
It's once again time for everyone to stand side by side and work together as one.Everyone steadily reinstalls the titanium baskets with new anode bags securely attached into the copper plating tanks, and then adds a sufficient amount of new copper balls in accordance with the process requirements—thus marking the perfect conclusion of the entire replacement process.
